Full-Time Nanny

Full-Time Nanny – Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–3:30 PM

A warm and attentive family is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and engaging full-time nanny to care for their 3.5 month old. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys infant care, is proactive, and is comfortable supporting a structured yet flexible daily routine.

About the Role

The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 3.5 month old while also assisting with light household tasks related to the child.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30 per hour (DOE)
• Paid through family payroll system
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• 3 sick days
• 2 personal days
• 6 paid holidays

Nanny responsibilities include:

• Engaging in enriching play (tummy time, supported sitting, interactive play, reading, and toys)
• Supporting developmental milestones through attentive care and play
• Doing play outdoor walks .
  
• Supporting feeding schedule
• Maintaining a consistent nap and activity routine (midday routine typically repeats between 12–2 PM)

Additional Notes

• Family independently hires doulas as needed
• Looking for someone collaborative, warm, and flexible
• Must be comfortable working alongside a parent who is occasionally home

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to pass a standard background check

• Provide professional references

• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
