Full Time Nanny

Full Time Nanny - Old Greenwich, CT

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Additional hours (e.g. date nights) can be available if the nanny prefers.

Compensation: $35ph and guaranteed hours.

Benefits: Benefits include 3 weeks of PTO, federal holidays paid and off, mileage reimbursement when using personal vehicle.

Start Date: As soon as the right fit is found. This is a long term position.

Ages of Children: 16mo boy and newborn is expected August 2026

Communication is important to them - they appreciate collaboration and a nanny who enjoys sharing details about their children’s days and milestones. Mom would love a nanny who naturally plans ahead, helps manage the children’s schedules, and keeps an eye on calendars so the mental load doesn’t fall solely on the parents. Someone who is organized by nature, keeps children’s spaces tidy after play, notices when kid essentials are running low, and gives Mom a heads-up to reorder would be a wonderful fit.

Their parenting style is grounded in kindness and manners—please and thank you matter here. They value teaching children how to treat others well, put away toys, and participate in age-appropriate household responsibilities. The family encourages an active, social childhood, and would love a nanny who enjoys getting out of the house to parks, music classes, playdates, and neighborhood activities. There is also a fenced backyard for outdoor play, a walkable neighborhood, and a nearby playground. While on duty, the nanny will manage all childcare responsibilities, including children’s laundry and meal prep. The family follows a natural, healthy eating approach and is looking for a nanny who understands and supports nutritious, minimally processed foods.

They would love someone who genuinely enjoys arts and crafts, music, dancing, imaginative play, and staying engaged with the children throughout the day. The family has a 13-month-old toddler and is expecting a newborn in August 2026; while newborn experience is not required, experience with infants and toddlers is important. Their son loves music and dances constantly, and they hope to raise curious, joyful, active children who enjoy music, swimming, social time, and simply being kids. Requirements:

• Have a thorough understanding of childhood milestones and know the basic requirements of a professional nanny.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving history.
• Minimum 3 years professional childcare experience, including with infants and toddlers.
• Reliable personal vehicle.

Pay: $35.00 per hour
