Full-Time Nanny Needed - Los Angeles, CA (90039)

A loving, private family in Los Angeles, CA (90039) is seeking a professional and flexible Nanny to provide full-time, long-term care for their 7-month-old, beginning as soon a possible.

Previous high-profile experience preferred.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 3pm (sometimes 4pm- 10pm instead) with flexibility for extended hours.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care with a focus on kindness, positivity, and honest communication.
• Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the baby.
• Maintain gentle structure with a balance of play, learning, and rest throughout the day to support development.
• Engage in floor play, music, and interactive activities while avoiding screen time.
• Take the baby on neighborhood walks and encourage active, outdoor time.
• Support and encourage developmental milestones with play and engagement.
• Clean and organize the baby’s room at the end of the day.
• Respect family privacy by not taking, sharing photos, posting about the home or child online.

The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys what they do and brings a strong understanding of child development, with a passion for guiding children through milestones in a thoughtful and engaging way. They are patient, kind, honest, and bring a positive, gentle structure to the home. With a love for cooking healthy meals for the baby, they support overall wellness while fostering a nurturing environment centered on learning, growth, and problem-solving. Previous high-profile experience preferred.

Note: Must be open to collaboration, as both parents have a hybrid work schedule. The family also has two chihuahuas in the home.

Compensation: $30-35/hr, depending on experience (Major Holidays off, Sick Time, other benefits TBD)
