Full-Time Nanny in Wellesley, MA

A wonderful family in Wellesley is seeking full-time childcare for their two daughters, ages 3 months old and (just turned) 2 years old, starting as soon as they find the right match. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8am-1pm, and Friday 8am-5pm, with guaranteed hours weekly. The family is open to offering more hours if the nanny needs that. They are hoping to find a nanny that can commit to their family for years to come!

A great match for this role is personable, easy going, loving, warm, supportive, and comfortable collaborating with a stay-at-home mom who is actively involved in the day-to-day with the girls. The Nanny is welcome to bring a plan for the day filled with age-appropriate activity ideas and options for fun outings and outdoor play! A Nanny who is engaging, interactive, intuitive, playful, and brings energy and enthusiasm to the day would thrive in this role!

The Nanny must be comfortable with two small friendly dogs.

Please be comfortable taking children in the water (a confident swimmer would be great!).

Flexibility to provide date nights, overnights, or weekend care, on occasion.

Compensation: $35+/hour with an optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
