Full Time/ Part Time Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
• Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and practices.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in dental software system such as Open Dental is preferred.
• Experience in four-handed dentistry techniques is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with endodontics, oral surgery, and dental fabrication processes.
• Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
