What You’ll Do:

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for patients
• Answer phones and manage scheduling efficiently
• Verify insurance and assist with administrative tasks
• Perform optometric pre-testing (training provided)
• Assist patients with frame selection and eyewear needs
• Help manage inventory and maintain an organized, clean office

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional, and patient-centered attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning new skills and technology
• Prior optometry or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
• Bilingual in English and Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus
• Availability to work Saturdays preferred
