Full-Time Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Job Overview

Sparkia is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern digital content, social media formats, and brand consistency, and who can execute high-quality visuals across video and design projects.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging content for clients across multiple industries, including corporate, lifestyle, food & beverage, and events.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Create engaging reels, promotional videos, ads, and event highlight videos
• Apply color correction, basic color grading, sound syncing, and transitions
• Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios
• Collaborate with videographers and content strategists to deliver on creative briefs

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, thumbnails, covers, and basic branding materials
• Create visuals that align with each client’s brand identity and guidelines
• Support campaigns with static and motion-based visual assets
• Ensure consistency across all visual outputs

General

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Take creative direction while also contributing ideas
• Maintain organized project files and exports
• Adapt quickly to feedback and revisions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Solid understanding of social media content trends and formats
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
