UI/UX Graphic DesignerRole Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Graphic Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and create compelling visual assets. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent branding across digital products and marketing materials while delivering engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Map user flows and journeys to improve overall experience
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure responsive design across multiple devices and platforms
• Prepare assets and specifications for developer handoff
• Optimize designs based on A/B testing and conversion rate improvements
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and visual design
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
• Experience with design systems and responsive design
• Solid knowledge of user research and usability testing
• Expertise in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Figma or Sketch
• Strong skills in typography, color theory, and visual design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with developer handoff processes
• Understanding of A/B testing and conversion-focused design (CRO)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

Nice to Have

• Motion design or animation skills
• Experience with interactive prototyping
• Knowledge of micro-interactions and advanced UX patterns
