At Group Therapy, working Front of House (FOH) means every day brings new challenges and provides new opportunities to make someone’s day. Our team members not only provide exceptional table service but also assist guests with a variety of engaging games and activities.

What We Offer:

- A dynamic work environment where each day is different:

- **Traditional Table Service**: One day, you might be strictly serving tables, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience, as all games besides mini golf have food / drink service opportunities

- **Game Setup and Facilitation**: The next day, you could be on the playground, setting guests up and guiding them through our diverse range of games.

- **Reception and Greeting**: On other days, you might be our GT host/greeter welcoming guests with a friendly smile and ensuring they have all the information they need for a great time.

- A supportive team atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

- High-energy, reliable, and hardworking individuals

- Serving experience is a plus, but not required

- Must have weekend availability

Compensation:

- Base pay plus tip pool, averaging at least $15-20 per hour (with cash opportunities)
