About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central/NAV) and ERP implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Purchase, Sales, Finance, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules, with a solid understanding of ERP setups, business cycles (P2P, C2C, BOM routing), and functional processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design.
• Configure ERP modules including General Ledger, Purchase, Sales, Payables, Receivables, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Perform end-to-end testing of ERP configurations to ensure compliance with business requirements before go-live.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
• Deliver end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of ERP processes.
• Manage ERP master data creation (Item, Vendor, Customer, Chart of Accounts, BOM, Routing, Location, etc.).
• Support integration and customization requirements in collaboration with technical teams.
• Monitor ERP performance, conduct periodic system maintenance, and implement improvements.
• Provide IT support related to server configuration, software/hardware (printers, cameras, email server, OS).
• Work directly with leadership teams to provide ERP-based insights and reporting for business decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC365/NAV) and ERP setups (P2P Cycle, C2C Cycle, BOM, Routing, etc.).
• Experience in GST, TDS, TCS configuration, General Posting Setup, Dimensions, and Inventory Posting Setup.
• Ability to manage ERP implementation projects end-to-end.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and knowledge of inspection tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, Visual Inspection).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / Business Management or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Hands-on ERP implementation and support experience across multiple modules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹328,685.59 - ₹667,605.41 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhiwadi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
