Functional Consultant-EPM

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant-EPM to join our team, leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations. If you have Oracle EPM or Fusion Cloud ERP experience and are ready to specialize in NetSuite, this is a great opportunity to deliver impactful solutions and enhance business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design effective NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Assist in developing functional specifications for customizations and integrations as required.
• Support post-implementation activities, including enhancements, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Document solution designs, process flows, and implementation best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Be open to leveraging prior Oracle EPM/Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience and undergo cross training to align with NetSuite ERP implementation needs.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in Oracle EPM (Planning & Budgeting) or Oracle
  Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Successfully completed at least 3 end-to-end ERP/EPM implementations.
• Prior Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM experience is acceptable, willingness to
  transition and specialize in NetSuite ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, planning, and budgeting
  processes.
• Candidates with prior ERP implementation experience (especially NetSuite
  ERP) will be given preference.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the
  ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Ability to adapt and contribute across different ERP implementations based
  on business demand.
