We are looking for a highly experienced Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant with deep expertise across Finance and Supply Chain modules and strong capability to manage integrations, cross-system data flows, troubleshooting, and process optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

Integration & System Enhancements

Lead functional ownership of end-to-end integrations between D365 F&O and external systems (payment gateways, banking systems, 3PLs, procurement platforms, reporting systems, etc.).

Analyze integration errors, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with technical teams.

Work closely with developers to define functional requirements for integrations and enhancements.

Optimize existing integrations for performance, accuracy, and business alignment.

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide L2/L3 functional support across finance and supply chain modules.

Resolve issues in daily operations related to journals, transactions, posting profiles, workflows, pricing, invoicing, and other D365 processes.

Perform configuration changes where needed and guide users on best practices.

Support month-end, year-end, financial close processes, and reconciliation activities.

Conduct impact analysis for new changes or updates.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams to streamline Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report cycles.

Assist in rolling out new features, modules, and improvements.

Provide user training, documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge transfer.

Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in the following D365 F&O modules:

Finance

Asset Leasing

Fixed Assets

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable

Cash & Bank Management

Accounts Receivable

Supply Chain / Operations

Procurement & Sourcing

Sales Order Management

Inventory Management

Product Information Management (PIM)

Job Requirements

Minimum 5-6 years hands-on D365 F&O functional experience.

Strong experience with integrations, including file-based, API, message queues, and third-party connectors.

Excellent troubleshooting ability across financial posting, workflows, pricing, inventory updates, and master data.

Strong understanding of business processes: P2P, O2C, R2R.

Ability to write high-quality FDDs for enhancements and integrations.

Experience in system testing, impact assessment, and validation of technical fixes.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and coordinate with business & technical teams.

Must be comfortable handling complex data scenarios and advising on best practices.
