About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant (SAP S/4HANA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, with strong functional knowledge of ERP operations and the ability to align SAP solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP operations with a focus on SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO).
• Act as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead requirement gathering, functional design, testing, documentation, and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues to ensure seamless business operations.
• Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and coordinate implementation.
• Maintain ERP workflows, system configurations, and reporting structures.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and compliance audits.
• Provide ERP-driven reporting and analytics to support management decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of ERP functional support and implementation experience (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, production planning, finance, and sales processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP configuration, testing, and system integration.
