WIP Controller - SAP (Garment Division)

We are looking for a detail-oriented WIP Controller to manage and monitor garment production processes through SAP Business One–enabled barcode solutions. The role ensures real-time visibility of Work-in-Process (WIP), accurate inventory tracking, and seamless integration between production operations and SAP B1.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and control Work-in-Process (WIP) across all garment production stages (cutting, stitching, washing, finishing).

· Utilize SAP Business One barcode functionalities to track inventory and production movement in real time.

· Ensure accurate brand/style segregation to prevent product mix-ups during production and dispatch.

· Maintain up-to-date records through SAP Business One dashboards, reports, and barcode scanning.

· Collaborate with production, warehouse, and IT teams for effective SAP B1 integration.

· Generate and share daily/weekly production and inventory reports with management using SAP B1.

· Identify gaps in the production and inventory process, recommending system-driven improvements.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

· 4 to 5 years of experience in WIP control within the denim garment/textile industry.

· Hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One (Production, Inventory & Barcode modules).

· Familiarity with barcode integration tools compatible with SAP Business One.

· Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
