Job Purpose
Role will be as SC Business Partner to the Food Services Division ensuring timely co-ordination, information visibility and effective decision making.
Principal Responsibilities

Organizing Corporate Demand Review (CDR) meetings, circulating agenda and minutes of the meeting

Organizing S&OP meetings to provide business review to Mancom members as per the respective division highlighting business performance with risk & opportunities.

Detailed analysis of sales versus forecast and deviation pattern of history to align future forecast

Pipeline management of SKUs every month to share it with Supply planning team for MRP execution.

To monitor nation-wide FG inventory level and prioritizing SKUs according to sales trend, low FG inventory levels & customer orders.

Work with cross functional team for Pipe Line Filling and planning for NPDs

Coordinating with planning/logistics team to ensure timely availability of stock as per Forecast and Warehouses, respectively.

Coordinating in the yearly budget working with cross functional teams (specially Commercial and Finance Team)

Useage of dashboards to be able to present forecast accuracy and deviation at cluster, region and SKU level (as per required BI training).

Responsible for availability of forecasted stock and network along with related activities to ensure business objectives are aligned and met.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimum availability of stock at Warehouse level.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the regional field sales and shopper marketing teams.

Develop and implement supply, logistics and customer service policies, procedures and activities that maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.

Liaise with other functions (e.g., Quality, Procurement, Supply Planner) to avoid potential write off and resolve existing issues.

Actively communicate with all relevant departments to ensure that they are aware of all issues that may affect forecast accuracy.

Liaise and act as a bridge between Sales and Supply Chain to identify and interpret the key demand signals and its corresponding impact on Distributor inventory positions.

Coordinate with relevant Supply Planners to avoid out-of-stock situations at warehouse level to ensure optimum coverage of all items based on the agreed forecast timelines.

Prepare and present a variety of monthly key performance indicator reports (including warehouse to warehouse stock movement)

Projects related to CS/DP/SP can be assigned on need basis as required by the Company

Regular follow up with Supply Planner to incorporate any variations in production priority plan due to any constraint which leads to change in Production Plan.

Strong follow-up with Supply Planning function to determine status of production, ensuring timely execution of production priority plan is achieved.

Strong follow-up with Procurement function ensuring timely execution of Production priority plan is achieved along with timely availability of materials for monthly plan, also in case of any constraint materials to pull the delivery timeline and achieve the month’s forecast.

To upload the split of monthly forecast given by the sales every month into the SAP as per SOP.

Act as a backup for peers as per business need.
