Investor Outreach Specialist – Drive Growth & Build Investor Connections

Overview: We are looking for an Investor Outreach Specialist to support our fundraising efforts by identifying potential investors, introducing them to Projectler, and coordinating follow-up communication. This role is key in building the first connection with investors and scheduling appointments with the CEO for deeper discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential investors that align with Projectler’s vision.
• Draft and send professional email introductions to investors.
• Maintain organized records of investor outreach activities.
• Follow up with investors to ensure timely responses.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with the CEO for investor meetings.
• Provide regular updates and reports on outreach progress.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outreach efforts at once.
• Comfortable with email and calendar management tools.
• Self-motivated and proactive in following up with potential investors.
