Senior Associate - Investor Relations

The Senior Associate - Investor Relations supports the IR team in executing Modon Holding’s investor relations strategy.


Your role is to ensure transparent, timely, and accurate communication with shareholders, analysts, regulators, and other key stakeholders.


Roles, Responsibilities, Duties


Strategic & Planning

  • Support the IR team in implementing the company’s investor relations strategy in line with Modon Holding’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor investor perception and provide feedback to management on market sentiment, peer activity, and sector trends.
  • Proactively suggest enhancements to disclosures, presentations, and investor materials after benchmarking against best practices and peers.


Communication & Engagement

  • Support in drafting and coordinating investor communications including press releases, presentations, annual/integrated reports, earnings announcements, and Q&A documents.
  • Prepare analyst cheat sheets (tables + key highlights)
  • Assist in organizing investor events such as earnings calls, conferences, roadshows, and site visits.
  • Maintain and regularly update the investor relations website and other digital communication channels.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the design, functionality, and usability of the IR website to improve stakeholder experience.
  • Update IR website content for latest releases and developments
  • Ensure the IR team is included in the distribution lists of key brokers and the sales team to receive daily market updates and research access.
  • Review analysts reports / updates before publication for sanity check
  • Log all analysts and investor engagements
  • Address retail investors requirements
  • Share announcements with database on a prompt basis


Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze share performance, shareholder structure, trading activity, and investor feedback.
  • Conduct peer benchmarking and prepare regular market intelligence reports for senior management.
  • Build and maintain valuation models to assess company performance, benchmark peers, and support investor communication.
  • Coordinate with various departments to consolidate financial, operational, and ESG metrics into a centralized tracker.
  • Prepare and update earnings and investor presentations following quarterly results, major announcements, or other significant developments.
  • Prepare scripts for earnings and investor presentations
  • Assist in preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly market updates for distribution to senior management.
  • Monitor index inclusion criteria and requirements, providing analysis and recommendations to support potential eligibility and positioning.


Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with ADX disclosure requirements and other relevant regulatory obligations for private joint stock companies and growth market listings.
  • Understand the regulatory requirements for a potential primary listing along with associated disclosures.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of market disclosures, announcements, and reports.
  • Liaise with internal functions (finance, legal, strategy, ESG, corporate communications) to ensure accuracy and alignment of investor materials.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g., CFA, CIRA – Certified Investor Relations Analyst, or equivalent).
  • Master’s degree is an advantage.


Experience and Competencies:

Experience

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or related fields (preferably within listed companies).
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial analysis, and disclosure requirements.
  • Prior exposure to UAE/ADX regulatory framework and regional investor landscape.


Competencies

Technical Competencies

  • Solid financial acumen with ability to interpret financial statements and build valuation models.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills (English and Arabic).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with IR CRM tools/financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Nasdaq IR or Closir) is a plus.
