🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive funding growth and organizational sustainability
• Identify and secure partnerships with corporate sector, CSR departments, and institutional donors
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
• Lead end-to-end partnership development, including outreach, negotiations, and closure
• Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches
• Explore new revenue streams including grants, sponsorships, and strategic alliances
• Manage donor lifecycle from acquisition to retention, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising and partnership strategies with organizational goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential collaboration opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of partnerships and donor engagement through CRM systems
• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and networking events
• Lead and support volunteer engagement initiatives to strengthen fundraising efforts

✅ Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or corporate partnerships (preferably in NGO sector)
• Proven track record of working with corporate sector and CSR departments
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (especially in English)
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience in proposal writing, reporting, and partnership management
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior NGO experience will be considered a strong advantage
• Availability for on-site work during specified hours
