Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting corporate sector and CSR departments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and institutional donors
• Identify and approach companies for collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships
• Lead proposal writing, presentations, and pitch meetings with potential donors
• Manage end-to-end donor lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Ensure timely sharing of reports, utilization summaries, and impact stories with donors
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising campaigns with organizational goals
• Explore new funding opportunities, grants, and strategic alliances
• Maintain accurate donor records and reporting through CRM systems
• Represent the organization in meetings, events, and networking forums
• Engage and manage volunteers to actively support and participate in fundraising activities

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or donor relations
• Proven experience in dealing with corporate sector / CSR departments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (especially in English)
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
• Prior experience in an NGO will be considered a strong plus
• Ability to develop proposals, presentations, and donor reports
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available for on-site work during the given timings
