Funds Senior Associate Solicitor - Global Law Firm - Dubai

Funds Senior Associate sought to join an Offshore law firm in Dubai.

We are currently recruiting for a role that focuses on advising hedge funds, private equity funds, asset managers, sponsors, and family offices on the establishment, regulation, corporate governance, and ongoing operation of Cayman Islands-domiciled investment funds.

The position also involves advising on the setup of venture capital structures and other Cayman-based funding vehicles.

It is a good opportunity to work closely with a lead partner in a small team in fast growing and busy Dubai / Middle East market.

Direct offshore law and Cayman Islands funds experience or equivalent / transferable offshore funds / funds formation experience is sought.
