Furniture Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can combine creative design skills with strong customer relationship and sales management abilities. This role requires designing bespoke furniture concepts as well as managing the store’s day-to-day operations, client interactions, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design:

• Create innovative and functional furniture designs based on client requirements.
• Work with materials such as solid wood, metal, and upholstery to develop concepts.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
• Maintain trend awareness in furniture and interior design.

Store Sales & Management:

• Manage daily operations of the furniture store and ensure smooth client experience.
• Interact with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide design-led solutions.
• Prepare and present design proposals, quotations, and customization options.
• Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Furniture Design / Interior Design / related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in furniture design and retail sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask between design development and store management.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• Passion for furniture, interiors, and customer service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
