Senior Officer Design (Technical)

This position is responsible to work on different Design Projects. process quotations and technical drawings, costing on non-standards projects, prepared detail drawings for costing, prepare orders and dispatch orders to the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quotation and drawing for the standard and non-standard products.
• Preparing layouts and detail drawings (marking, fixing, and construction details) for Production, costing, and site for KDW, Office, and Home Furniture by using Auto CAD.
• Generating quotations by using SAP, costing, and estimation of doors, kitchens, and wardrobes.
• Responsible for modifying Quotations, Drawing and B.O.Q for KDW initial and order level (Standard & Non-standard) by using SAP, Door Utility, and MS Office.
• Coordinate with factory, design, sales, sites, costing, and ID department.
• Ensure soft copy data (Order, Cad file, and 3Ds) are sent to the factory within 24 working hours.
• Keep the records and maintain files.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• DAE/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical design, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
