Job Title:

Professional Furniture Painter

Job Objective:

To execute high-quality painting and finishing works for wooden furniture using various types of paint materials such as Acrylic, PU (Polyurethane), and NC (Nitrocellulose), ensuring smooth, flawless finishes within a professional paint booth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare wooden surfaces through sanding, leveling, and applying fillers to achieve smooth and paint-ready surfaces.
• Apply primer, base coats, and topcoats using appropriate techniques and spray equipment.
• Work with a range of paint materials (Acrylic, PU, NC) and select the most suitable type for each product based on finish and durability requirements.
• Operate spray guns and other painting tools inside dedicated paint booths to maintain cleanliness and dust-free finishes.
• Match and mix colors accurately to achieve required shades, finishes (matte, semi-gloss, high-gloss), and textures.
• Inspect painted surfaces and perform touch-ups or corrections to eliminate flaws such as bubbles, streaks, or color mismatches.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety guidelines when working with chemicals and high-pressure equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet quality and delivery standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional furniture painting and finishing.
• Advanced knowledge of Acrylic, PU, and NC paint systems and their proper applications.
• Skilled in detailed finishing and achieving high-end surface results.
• Preferred candidates will have prior experience working in dedicated spray booths equipped with:
• Air exhaust and filtration systems
• Drying/curing units
• Temperature and dust-controlled environments
