Painter

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing painting, finishing, and maintenance work on buildings, equipment, furniture, and other surfaces to ensure they are well-maintained, presentable, and protected from wear and tear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and removing old paint.
• Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces.
• Select and order appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for each project.
• Ensure all painting work is completed to high quality standards and within set timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required.
• Assist with other general maintenance duties when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a maintenance or facilities role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods.
• Ability to use hand tools, spray guns, and other painting equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physical stamina to stand, climb, and work in various conditions.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
