Furniture Sales Consultant

WORKSPACE is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and talented Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships with clients, understanding their workspace needs, and delivering tailored office furniture solutions. The focus is on driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities for office furniture solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Understand client requirements and provide consultative advice on office furniture solutions.
  • Present product catalogs, proposals, and quotations to customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, showroom presentations, and site visits as required.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to project completion.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in office furniture, interior fit-out, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused.
  • Proficiency in design software and systems such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
