Customer Service & Engagement

  • Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Answer product-related questions clearly and professionally

2. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of furniture styles, materials, construction, and features
  • Explain benefits, warranties, and care instructions
  • Stay updated on new arrivals and current promotions

3. Sales & Upselling

  • Guide customers through product selection based on style, budget, and function
  • Recommend complementary items (e.g., mattresses, accessories, décor)
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/weekly sales targets

4. Demonstration & Presentation

  • Showcase furniture features through demonstrations
  • Ensure showroom displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Assist with arranging and tagging merchandise

5. Order Processing & Documentation

  • Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and order forms accurately
  • Process payments and financing applications when needed
  • Communicate delivery schedules and policies to customers

6. Problem Solving & Follow-Up

  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally
  • Follow up on pending orders, inquiries, and after-sales service
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy

7. Teamwork & Store Operations

  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals
  • Participate in stock checks and inventory management
  • Follow company policies, health, and safety procedures

8. Market & Competitor Awareness

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Provide feedback to management for improving product selection and sales strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
