Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Furniture Sales Indoor to join our team at the Ghamra showroom. In this role, you will engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and manage the full sales process including quotations and follow-ups. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional in-store experience that builds loyalty and drives revenue.


Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
  • Explain features, materials, pricing, customization, and warranty details
  • Create and follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed orders
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the product catalog and new arrivals
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams regarding deliveries
  • Use POS and CRM tools for accurate sales tracking and reporting
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements


  • Proven experience in retail furniture sales or related fields
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of materials, furniture styles, and space planning basics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to create accurate and professional quotations for customers
  • Experience using POS or CRM systems
  • Strong customer service mindset and a goal-oriented attitude


Nice to Have


  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Noon, Amazon, or Jumia
