Fusion / Sour Chef

We are seeking an experienced and creative Fusion / Sour Chef to join a prestigious palace kitchen in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and present high-quality dishes with exceptional taste and consistency

· Expertly cook all Arabic cuisines (Gulf, Levant, Middle Eastern traditional dishes)

· Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines (including but not limited to Indian, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Southeast Asian)

· Create fusion dishes while respecting authentic flavors

· Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety

· Plan menus and adapt dishes to royal preferences

· Work efficiently in a high-end, private palace environment

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Fusion Chef / Sour Chef in luxury hotels, palaces, or private households

· Excellent skills in Arabic and Asian cooking (mandatory)

· Ability to handle multiple cuisines and high-pressure service

· Professional attitude, discipline, and attention to detail

· Willingness to work in Qatar

· English communication required (Arabic is a plus)
