Job Responsibility:

Ensure FX business revenue targets are achieved

Portfolio analysis (segment wise) to activate inactive customers and increase the number of transactions from existing customers

MIS maintained for respective teams, valuable FX clients and discuss RMs commitment, deals in the pipeline, clients’ request, ways of improving and required action steps

Develop new campaigns/offers to attract new to banks customers and increase transactions from existing customers
-
Market research and product + pricing benchmarking
-
Periodic training and interaction with frontline RMs
-
Coordinate with key stake holders for minimal customer service interruption
-
To be fully aware of all policies relating to operational & Market Risk
-
Responsible for assessing product risk, reputation risk & product suitability by deploying global best practices
Job Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelors’ Degree graduate
-
Minimum 2 years banking experience in a similar position/role

Experience in closing FX deals
-
Having good technical analysis skill in FX
