Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the property purchase or investment process.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth client transactions.
• Handle client queries, resolve concerns, and deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support sales and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and potential leads.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Contribute to building the company’s brand image by maintaining professionalism and fostering trust.
