What You’ll Do:

· Design story-based scenarios for learning modules that feel like games, not courses.

· Collaborate with content and AI teams to merge narrative with adaptive learning.

· Explore new ways to engage learners using playful, experimental, and unconventional design techniques.

· Translate complex learning objectives into fun, interactive experiences that feel seamless.

A Game Developer who can bring imagination to life. You love coding, but also storytelling. You thrive when creating dynamic interactions, badges, streaks, and leaderboards that learners can’t resist.

What You’ll Do:

· Build interactive learning modules with story-driven gameplay.

· Develop and integrate gamification mechanics: leaderboards, badges, achievements, and streak tracking.

· Collaborate with designers to bring narrative, visuals, and mechanics together seamlessly.

· Experiment with cutting-edge tech to create truly unique learning experiences.

· Optimize for engagement, scalability, and cross-platform performance.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proficiency in game engines, front-end frameworks, and interactive UI/UX design.

· Strong coding skills: JavaScript, C#, Unity, Unreal, or relevant frameworks.

· Experience implementing gamification mechanics and interactive storytelling elements.
