Precision Door Fort Collins, the industry leader in garage door installation and repair, seeks TWO ambitious Sales and Service Technician to join our growing organization.

The Sales and Service Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customers' garage doors and will sell, quote, and take payment on our products and services. Work assignments are made by our call center and/or managers.

The right candidate will be mechanically and technically inclined, willing and able to learn a new trade, and possesses the interpersonal skills to thrive in this sales/customer service focused position. We maintain an extremely low turnover rate and are only looking for one new technician to fill this position. Requirements for the Sales and Service Technician:

• Maintain a full time position in a physically demanding role.
• Mechanical aptitude, including skill in using a variety of hand and power tools, accurately reading a tape measure, and interpreting equipment manuals
• Sales ability or experience
• Physically able to move items weighing 80-100 lbs. and the ability to bend, climb ladders, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Background check

Training Pay: $2,000/bi-weekly for 6-8 weeks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift, M-F, one Saturday every 6 weeks (will have that Friday off.)

Technicians must pass a full background check, carry a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 100lbs, remain drug and alcohol free when on the clock and be able to maintain a full time position.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
