We’re growing quickly and are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to build a six-figure income without income caps.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Understand the customer’s needs and recommend the right solution.
• Create and present project estimates.
• Follow up with prospects using our CRM.
• Close sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth customer handoff.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission position with uncapped earnings.

Successful Sales Consultants typically earn between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on performance.

The average Hamilton & Carter project is approximately $5,500, providing meaningful commission opportunities on every sale.

There is no cap on what you can earn.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous experience in sales (home improvement, roofing, HVAC, solar, windows, remodeling, real estate, automotive, or other commission-based industries preferred)
• Communicates confidently with homeowners
• Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Can manage their own schedule and follow up consistently
• Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Is comfortable using technology and CRM software
