About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Garage Quality Control Inspector to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the highest level of quality in vehicle repairs, maintenance, and services before delivery to customers. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high service standards across all departments of the workshop.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final inspections of vehicles after repair, painting, detailing, and service.
• Verify that all mechanical, electrical, and bodywork repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Identify and document any issues, defects, or incomplete work before vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with workshop supervisors, technicians, and service advisors to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality control reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are used properly and safely.
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficient operations and timely service delivery.
• Provide feedback to improve quality standards and technician performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or supervisory roles in an automotive workshop.
• Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and body repair operations.
• Familiarity with German, Japanese, and American vehicles preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• UAE experience required.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.
