Garage Supervisor

Oversee daily garage operations including vehicle intake, diagnosis, repair, and delivery

· Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity and reduce turnaround time

· Monitor work orders, track progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs

· Maintain garage facilities, tools, and equipment in safe and operational condition.

· Set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and support staff development.

· Schedule shifts to ensure adequate operational coverage.

· Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Manage spare parts inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.

· Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of parts, tools, and consumables.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and usage .

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and staff training.

· Maintain maintenance logs, inspection records, and regulatory documentation.

· Coordinate with authorities for required permits, inspections, and compliance.

· Monitor garage expenses and manage the allocated budget.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

· Prepare reports on garage performance, costs, and operations.

· Track key performance indicators such as repair costs, vehicle downtime, and staff productivity.
