Gardener

Core Responsibilities

• Plant Care: Planting, nurturing, and maintaining a variety of plants, including flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Ground Maintenance: Mowing, edging, fertilizing lawns, and removing weeds and debris from gardens and walkways.
• Pruning and Trimming: Pruning and trimming trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain their appearance.
• Pest and Disease Control: Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests to ensure plant health.
• Tool and Equipment Operation: Safely operating and maintaining gardening tools and machinery such as lawn mowers and hedge trimmers.

Additional Tasks

• Irrigation Management: Installing and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure adequate watering.
• Soil Health: Applying mulch and compost to maintain healthy soil conditions.
• Landscape Design: Assisting with or developing seasonal planting plans and landscape designs.
• Client Consultation: Providing advice to homeowners and clients on garden design and plant care.
