Position Summary
Unique Gear Hub LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gear Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales teams, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our gear and equipment business in Doha.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client communications.
- Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting stock requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance summaries for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in equipment, industrial gear, or retail sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP systems knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
