Open Positions

1. Project Manager (Mining / Geology)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end mineral exploration and mining projects from planning to closure.

• Lead and coordinate teams of geologists, engineers, and technicians.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

• Oversee reporting, quality control, and HSE standards.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Geology, Mining Engineering, or related field.

• 15+ years’ experience managing mining or exploration projects.

• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and project management practices.

• PMP certification preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.


2. Senior Geologist (Minerals / Geotechnical)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mineral exploration and geotechnical investigations.

• Perform field mapping, drilling supervision, and sampling.

• Analyze geological and geochemical data for resource estimation.

• Prepare geological maps, cross-sections, and detailed technical reports.

• Supervise and mentor junior geologists and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

• BS/MSc in Geology or Earth Sciences.

• 7+ years’ experience in mineral exploration or geotechnical studies.

• Proficiency in Leapfrog, Surfer, and ArcGIS essential.

• Strong analytical, mapping, and report-writing skills.


3. Junior Geologist / Mining Engineer (3 Positions)

Responsibilities:

• Support geological fieldwork—mapping, sampling, and data collection.

• Assist in drill core logging, trenching, and geotechnical testing.

• Prepare geological logs, maps, and GIS-based visualizations.

• Participate in mineral processing and sampling operations.

Requirements:

• BS in Geology or Mining Engineering.

• 1–3 years’ field experience (fresh graduates considered).

• Familiarity with Surfer, ArcGIS, Google Earth.

• Strong field and teamwork skills; willing to travel to remote sites.


4. Junior Geophysicist

Responsibilities:

• Assist in geophysical surveys, including magnetic, resistivity (ERT), and GPR.

• Operate survey instruments and collect high-quality subsurface data.

• Process and interpret geophysical datasets to identify anomalies.

• Integrate geophysical results with geological interpretations.

• Prepare survey reports, profiles, and maps.

Requirements:

• BS in Geophysics or Geophysical Engineering.

• 1–3 years’ experience in field acquisition or data interpretation.

• Knowledge of ERT and magnetic survey techniques preferred.

• Skilled in ArcGIS and data visualization tools; willing to travel.


5. Senior Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain documentation.

• Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and vendor management.

• Support HR and finance with attendance, payroll, and expense tracking.

• Arrange logistics for field staff and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or Public Administration.

• 5+ years’ office administration experience (engineering firm preferred).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.


6. Senior Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial ledgers for payables, receivables, and expenses.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Handle invoicing, payroll, and tax compliance.

• Support project managers in monitoring expenditures and audits.

Requirements:

• BS/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• 7+ years’ accounting experience (preferably project-based).

• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel.

• ACCA/ACMA/CPA preferred; high integrity in handling finances.


7. HR Officer (Human Resources Generalist)

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR databases.

• Assist in payroll coordination and employee relations.

• Organize training, engagement activities, and performance appraisals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in HRM or Business Administration (HR specialization).

• 1–3 years’ HR or administrative experience.

• Familiarity with HR laws, policies, and documentation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


8. Business Development Executive (Mining & Geoscience)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new leads with NESPAK, Mines & Minerals Department EPCs, and private clients.
  • Prepare EOIs, prequals, technical/financial proposals, BOQs, and bid submissions (RFP/RFQ).
  • Maintain a live pipeline/CRM; track tenders, follow-ups, and win–loss reports.
  • Coordinate with geology/geophysics teams to scope surveys, drilling, HSE, and timelines.
  • Support JV/partnership dossiers, capability statements, and company profiles.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits; draft MoUs/LoIs and minutes.
  • Manage compliance packs (SECP/NTN/PEC docs), vendor registrations, and empanelments.
  • Drive marketing content (LinkedIn, brochures, case studies) with the design team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering/Earth Sciences (MBA/MS a plus).
  • 2–4 years in B2B sales or proposal writing (engineering/mining/consultancy preferred).
  • Strong grip on tendering, BOQs, and documentation; MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with PEC/SECP/FBR basics and public-sector procurement is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
