Technical Project Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Technical Project Manager both software and hardware implementation projects with 5+ years of experience to lead our internal development initiatives and, over time, manage external customer-facing projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in ERP systems, tool automation, and systems integration, and who can manage the full project lifecycle—from scoping and planning to delivery and client handoff.
You will also be involved in pre-sales, solution pitching, and client onboarding, making this both a delivery and strategic customer-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal development projects across product, engineering, and IT infrastructure teams.
- Plan and oversee both software and hardware implementation projects—from requirements gathering to deployment, testing, and closure.
- Manage end-to-end hardware lifecycle, including procurement, installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, and end-user devices.
- Work closely with clients to scope needs, propose both software and hardware solutions, and ensure technical alignment from day one.
- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, quality control, risk mitigation, timeline management, and delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales efforts, including client pitches, solution demonstrations, hardware sizing, and proposal development.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams: developers, QA, designers, IT infrastructure, network engineers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Apply Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and efficient execution across both software and hardware initiatives.
- Ensure clear communication and timely updates to stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience in software, systems, or IT infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience managing hardware deployments, network implementations, or infrastructure modernization projects.
- Strong background in ERP systems, tool automation, system integration, and IT infrastructure delivery.
- Excellent communication, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in PM tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar; experience with asset management or ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
- PMP certification (preferred) or equivalent project management training/certifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Figma, and hardware documentation standards.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or SaaS/IT Hardware company.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, API integrations, workflow automation tools.
- Background in consulting or pre-sales is a strong plus.

Note: It’s a Full-time On-site night shift job in Gulberg 3, Lahore
Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM / 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM / 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs500,000.00 per month
