Gen AI developer

We are currently seeking a talented Generative AI engineer with strong expertise in AI and AI agent development to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects and make a significant impact in the field of artificial intelligence and AI agents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, expertise in Generative AI, and a passion for developing and fine-tuning generative AI models. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions, optimizing models, and deploying applications that leverage the power of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Gen AI agents and models.
• Fine-tune and optimize generative AI models for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI-driven solutions.
• Build and deploy applications using Python and Flask.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and AI agents
• Perform data analysis and preprocessing to support model development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI models and applications.
• Document and present findings, progress, and results to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and AI
• At least 3-4 years of experience in generative AI, including building AI agents
• Strong proficiency in langchain, langgraph and other technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Extensive experience with AI agents and autonomous reasoning systems.
• Hands-on expertise with LangChain, RAG, OpenAI API, or similar LLM-based frameworks.
• Python proficiency (experience with FastAPI or Flask is a plus).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
