Gen AI/ML Workflow Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI driven solutions to power workflow and process automation
• Build optimise and maintain scalable AI models tailored to workflow and task automation challenges
• Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities into our workflow automation platform ensuring seamless performance and user experience
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality speed and scalability of our Camunda based platform
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to seamlessly integrate advanced AI capabilities into our workflow automation platform

Technical Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI or machine learning development
• 5 years experience with cloud AI services
• Proven expertise in Python programming and machine learning frameworks
• Strong skills in data processing feature engineering and building scalable AI models
• Experience building agentic AI systems
• A problem solving mindset with the ability to design creative and effective solutions for complex challenges
• Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and cross cultural teams
• A proactive attitude a passion for learning and experimenting and a desire to work on innovative projects
• A degree in computer science data science or a related field
