Application Process:

Step 1 - Application Form

When you apply for the Gen-D Graduate Program, you'll complete an application form so we can get to know you and your background. As part of your application, you'll also answer pre-screening questions to fully complete your submission.

Step 2 - Online Assessment

If your background and experience match the requirements, you'll be invited to the online assessment stage, which includes:

• Video Interview
• Technical Online Assessments - For relevant functions, demonstrate your technical abilities through role-specific tests
  
  

Step 3 - Onsite Assessment Center

Top candidates will be invited to our Assessment Center, which includes group activities and interviews. This is your opportunity to collaborate & problem-solve.

A creative and driven social media enthusiast to plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms. You'll monitor interactions, track performance, and bring fresh ideas to boost our brand presence.
