Job Overview
This role involves shaping and executing our organic content strategy across platforms, with a strong focus on video and short-form content. You will own the end-to-end process of content creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance optimization—ensuring our social presence aligns with the brand’s voice while driving meaningful engagement and growth.
As the Social Media Specialist you will:

Develop and implement a short-form video strategy across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.

Create and edit engaging video content optimized for each platform to drive organic reach and engagement.

Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across all social media channels using scheduling tools.

Maintain a dynamic social media content calendar, including reels, stories, posts, and carousels.

Propose creative campaign ideas to boost organic growth and community engagement.

Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, CTR, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to enhance content performance.

Ensure all content aligns with Almentor’s brand voice, visual identity, and strategic goals.

Identify new opportunities for audience growth, community interaction, and brand visibility across platforms.
The ideal candidate will have:

2–4 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, with a strong focus on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Proven ability to create and edit engaging short-form video content using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.

Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform best practices.

Skilled in using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics) to track performance and optimize strategies.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills tailored to different social media audiences.

Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail in applying brand tone and style.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Creative, proactive, and up to date with emerging content formats and engagement strategies.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
