Content Marketing Manager

Atomica is building the digital operating system for dental clinics. Our AI-powered software and cutting-edge intraoral scanner are revolutionizing the way dentists design and deliver treatments. We’re growing rapidly and seeking a Content Marketing Manager to oversee the stories, campaigns, and educational materials that connect us with dentists, distributors, and industry partners worldwide.

Role Overview

As Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing content that drives awareness, engagement, and demand for Atomica’s scanner and software. You’ll develop a content strategy, manage the content calendar, and work hands-on to produce and publish high-quality content across channels. This includes case studies, reels, social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and KOL features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Atomica’s content marketing strategy across our products and services.
  • Manage the content calendar to align with product launches, campaigns, and sales priorities.
  • Create and publish engaging content, including:
  • Social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Video content (short reels, customer stories, product demos).
  • Written content (case studies, newsletters, blog articles, email campaigns).
  • Collaborate with designers and video specialists to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Interview dentists, KOLs, and customers to generate authentic stories and testimonials.
  • Work with Product Marketing to translate product messaging into compelling content.
  • Measure performance (traffic, engagement, lead generation) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Manage Atomica’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and growth.


Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in SaaS, medtech, or healthcare.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of content across digital channels.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and growing engagement.
  • Comfortable producing short-form video content (reels, testimonials).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset; familiarity with content performance metrics and SEO.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

  • Experience in dental, medical, or healthcare technology.
