Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to lead the development of high-quality content at Sumerge. This role is responsible for creating and managing content across social media, website, video case studies, podcasts, short videos, and blogs. The goal is to position Sumerge as a thought leader in  B2B enterprise (banking, government, and telecom)  while driving an efficient marketing funnel and enhancing customer journeys.

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Sumerge's brand and business goals
• Create and manage social media content across key platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
• Write and script engaging content, including video case studies, podcasts, and short videos
• Produce and publish blog articles that demonstrate Sumerge's expertise in B2B enterprise (banking, government, and telecom)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract insights and transform them into compelling content
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement on the website
• Design visual and multimedia content, ensuring a consistent brand voice and style
• Monitor content performance, analyze data, and make data-driven improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices

• 5-7 years of experience in Content creation
• Strong writing, storytelling, and scripting skills
• Hands-on experience with social media and blog platforms
• Familiarity with video/audio production and editing basics
• Comfortable with public and on-camera speaking is a plus
