Application Process:

Step 1 - Application Form

When you apply for the Gen-D Graduate Program, you'll complete an application form so we can get to know you and your background. As part of your application, you'll also answer pre-screening questions to fully complete your submission.

Step 2 - Online Assessment

If your background and experience match the requirements, you'll be invited to the online assessment stage, which includes:

• Video Interview

Step 3 - Onsite Assessment Center

Top candidates will be invited to our Assessment Center, which includes group activities and interviews. This is your opportunity to collaborate & problem-solve.

We're looking for a People & Culture Graduate to join our Gen-D Program and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. If you have a background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, with a passion for connecting with people, fostering a positive workplace, and bringing fresh ideas to HR, we'd like to hear from you!
