Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers within the SSC scope.
  • Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HRIS and personnel records.
  • Manage benefits administration and liaise with vendors for employee services.
  • Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Support performance management cycles, learning initiatives, and engagement activities.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in HR generalist or HR operations role, preferably within a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
