We are seeking a highly experienced Gen AI and Agentic AI Lead with deep domain expertise in the banking industry and strong technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Vision

Define Gen AI and Agentic AI strategy aligned with Business Objectives

Identify key areas where Gen AI/Agentic AI can drive automation

Solution Delivery
-
Oversee design, development and deployment of Gen AI/ Agentic AI solutions
-
Ensure scalability, accuracy and reliability of Gen AI solutions
-
Governance & Risk
-
Implement frameworks for responsible AI
-
Define approval, monitoring and audit processes for AI usage
-
Innovation and enablement
-
Evaluate emerging Gen AI models platforms
-
Upskills workforce on prompt engineering and Gen AI best practices
-
Foster innovation and Proof-of concepts
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field.

8+ years of relevant experience.
-
Demonstrated experience in overseeing projects involving the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of GenAI models.
-
Familiarity with the principles and practical applications of Agentic AI, including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and the design of AI systems capable of goal-driven behavior and decision-making.

Experience with prompt engineering techniques, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures, and vector databases for enhancing GenAI model performance and relevance.

Experience with designing scalable LangChain and LangGraphs solutions

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP): Experience with NLP techniques for language understanding, generation, and interaction (e.g., text processing, semantic analysis, leveraging models like BERT, GPT).

Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical projects from conception to completion, with a focus on cutting-edge AI technologies.

Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams comprising AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical GenAI and Agentic AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in navigating the unique challenges of AI project development, such as model bias, explainability, and scalability.
