General Accountant

Job Title: General Accountant

Location: Mbz zone-19, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly closing of accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review.
• Maintain and oversee general accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and ensure accurate filing and compliance of VAT and Corporate Tax as per UAE regulations.
• Reconcile accounts, verify financial transactions, and support audit team.
• Provide overall guidance and insights into the company’s financial and accounting matters.
• Manage branch-wise accounting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Accountant in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
• Prior experience in food production/manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in branch accounting and consolidation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
