Role Overview

The General Accountant is tasked with managing all financial and administrative functions within a company specializing in events, marketing, exhibitions, décor, and fit outs. This role emphasizes swift and precise data entry, budget formulation and evaluation, and the processing of government invoices and payments. The candidate should excel in using ERP Microsoft Dynamics, demonstrate robust administrative accounting abilities, and make sound financial decisions to support operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Data Management and Evaluation:

o Accurately and promptly input daily financial information.

o Examine accounting data to generate regular management reports.

  • 2.Budgeting:

o Develop monthly budgets for accounting and administrative purposes.

o Track spending to ensure it aligns with budgetary constraints.

  • 3. Administrative Financial Oversight:

o Expedite the processing and payment of government invoices.

o Conduct HR-related accounting tasks, ensuring precise payroll management.

4. Financial Documentation:

o Compile monthly financial statements to deliver insights into fiscal performance.

o Monitor financial inflows and outflows to meet target objectives.

5. ERP System Usage:

o Employ Microsoft Dynamics ERP for financial management and data analysis.

o Keep financial records current within the system to ensure accuracy.

6. Administrative Coordination:

o Facilitate smooth financial operations and oversee all accounting-related functions.

o Work collaboratively with various departments to satisfy financial and administrative needs.

7. Strategic Decision-Making:

o Provide financial insights and advice to support strategic planning.

o Resolve financial issues quickly and make informed decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

2. Professional Experience: At least five years of experience in accounting, ideally within events, fabrication, or décor sectors. (KSA experience preferred)

3. Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in ERP Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced skills in data entry and financial analysis.

4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.

5. Personal Attributes:

  • Keen attention to detail and efficiency in executing tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and perform under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
